I was looking for a container to rent. Brattleboro Storage came up in my search. They were close so I filled out the request form. I got a call first thing the next day stating the date I asked for was no problem even though it was only to days away. I got a call the day before delivery confirming all the details. The driver called me the morning of the delivery we went over the details he arrived early put the container exactly where I wanted it. Leveled the unit. Showed me the inside, it was impressive. I found myself needing a portable storage unit and called several establishments. Most of the prices were comparable to each other but Greg at Brattleboro Portable Storage was the best and first to not only follow up, but to follow through. He gave me a delivery date but when an earlier date became available, he called to see if changing the date would help. It was actually extremely helpful, but he had no way of knowing that since that was not part of our original conversation. He may have just thought he was doing his job, but it was his extra effort that allowed me to move from my home in a more efficient manner during a holiday week. The delivery driver was also efficient and courteous. I’m sorry that i didn’t get his name. I would highly recommend Brattleboro Portable Storage to anyone needing this type of service.

Our experience at Brattleboro Portable Storage was just wonderful. Moving is an enormous hassle in the best of times, and we were super stressed and it was NOT the best of times. Best price in town, too, and since housing costs are what finally caused us to leave this area, we only wish we could have lived in the container ourselves! Our experience has been truly a breath of fresh air from start to finish in our current harried world of frenzy.
During our first phone contact we exchanged relevant questions and received logical well explained answers for us, all with no pressure. With that information we considered our needs and options to decide what would work best for our situation.
We followed up with an in person visit where we dialed in details including getting many tips for a smooth transaction and help us after into the future, then made the purchase. Again, all done in a relaxed mode with no pressure.
Delivery was right on the scheduled time by a very personable driver. He offered, again with no pressure or even implied, a few minor logical suggestions during the whole process which we accepted and worked out well. I’m sure it wasn’t his easiest location to ever make and spot a delivery but he spotted it less than 6 inches both ways of the marks we had painted on the ground for our preferred location! He didn’t leave until he was sure we understood any minor details that could possibly arise in both the near and far future that might impact our intended use and experiences.
Please pass on our sincerest thanks to everyone who had a hand in making all this possible with no glitches or unnecessary drama. Treat them well and take good care of them, staff and employees like you have are valuable and hard to replace !
It was nice to get a follow up request on how everything has worked out and the offer of any further needed assistance, a step often overlooked in today’s world. Right now after all the the good advice given and taken we don’t foresee any problem issues. If anything should come up it’s nice to know we have a place to call.
We won’t hesitate to go this route, or recommend it to anyone else, if needs should present themselves in the future.

My One-trip, 20-foot box was delivered as promised in November of ’23. I had railroad ties at the site; the B.P.S. driver, checked out the set-up, made a couple great suggestions, and then expertly placed the box in a narrow space, exactly where we wanted it. We have used it for winter storage for four street bikes (one bagger and one full-dresser) my little MC, pull behind trailer, the riding lawnmower, a push mower, various garden tools, and the ramp. I have (not yet) added shelving, so more is possible! The vents work great! No humidity buildups – I frequently checked over the first winter. No leaks, no debris or layers of dust. Best of all…NO RODENTS! attempting to move in under the seats, etc., for the first time in 40 years of riding. I did not have to set traps, use mothballs, cedar, peppermint, etc. No mouse droppings or urine smells! BEAUTIFUL! The sales crew was friendly, welcoming and very helpful as I visited on a couple of occasions trying to decide on making the purchase – no pressure, just great and accurate information.
The photo is three of the four bikes loaded in the fall of ’23. I’ll need to remember to take a pick when the snow melts, and I open it up in a couple weeks…clearly, there’s room for lots more to fill in.

E A S Y. If you are in SE Vermont/NH, look no further. After waiting for MONTHS to take delivery of a container from a national company with marginally better pricing (but FAR worse service) we finally cancelled our order and called BPS, had a container in my driveway by the end of the following week. Driver was AWESOME, professional, friendly, and CAPABLE. Container got dropped exactly where we needed it thanks to the FLATBED rollback truck BPS uses. A lot of container companies deliver via trailer which can limit the places you can unload, so if you have a tight spot you want to put your container, BPS is who you want to call. Container condition and color were excellent, communication throughout the entire order/delivery process was also outstanding. Thanks again for ending my storage woes BPS!
