We serve a specific tri-state region across Southern and Central Vermont, Southwestern New Hampshire/Upper Valley, and Western Massachusetts. We focus on these regions to ensure prompt service and the highest quality of delivery.

Which specific regions and towns do you cover? 

Our service area is extensive, including key cities such as Brattleboro, Rutland, and Springfield in Vermont; Keene and Lebanon in New Hampshire; and Northampton and Greenfield in Western Massachusetts. We serve dozens of surrounding towns and communities within these regions.

Is your service limited to the town of Brattleboro? 

No. Despite our name, Brattleboro Portable Storage serves the entire tri-state region listed above. Our name reflects our Vermont roots, but we are a dedicated portable storage solution across all our designated service areas in VT, NH, and MA.

Do you cover the entirety of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts? 

We focus on the southern and central portions of Vermont, the southwestern region and Upper Valley of New Hampshire, and Western Massachusetts. While we do not cover every town in all three states, our service area is comprehensive within these focused regions.

Are all your services (rentals, sales, moving) available throughout your service area? 

Yes. Our full range of portable storage solutions—including 20-foot and 40-foot container rentals, container sales, commercial storage, and moving solutions—are available to every customer within our service area.

Delivery & Logistics

What is your typical delivery range? 

We deliver throughout our tri-state service area, typically reaching customers within a 50-80 mile radius of our service hubs in each region. We frequently serve communities along state borders, such as the Vermont-New Hampshire border along the Connecticut River.

How fast can I expect delivery to my location? 

Delivery timeframes vary based on location and our current schedule. Customers in our core service regions (Brattleboro, Keene, Northampton, Rutland areas) typically receive same-week or next-week delivery. More distant locations within our service area may require 1–2 weeks for scheduling. We always work to accommodate urgent needs.

Can you deliver to rural, remote, or hillside locations? 

Yes, we are equipped to navigate country roads and hillside properties common in our service area. However, successful delivery requires clear access for our vehicles: a minimum of 14 feet in width and 16 feet of overhead clearance is required. Please discuss your property access with us when you request a quote.

My location is just outside your listed service area. Can you still deliver to me? 

We occasionally make exceptions for areas just outside our standard service region, especially for long-term rentals or container purchases. Contact us with your specific location and project details, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs or refer you to a trusted partner.
