We serve Southern and Central Vermont, Southwestern New Hampshire and the Upper Valley, and Western Massachusetts. These focused regions allow us to offer prompt service and careful delivery.
Which specific regions and towns do you cover?
Our service area includes major hubs such as Brattleboro, Rutland, and Springfield in Vermont; Keene and Lebanon in New Hampshire; and Northampton and Greenfield in Western Massachusetts, along with many surrounding towns.
Is your service limited to the town of Brattleboro?
No. Although our headquarters are in Brattleboro, VT, we support a wide tri-state service area across VT, NH, and MA.
Do you cover the entirety of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts?
We focus on the southern and central portions of Vermont, the southwestern and Upper Valley regions of New Hampshire, and Western Massachusetts. While we do not reach every town in each state, our coverage within these areas is extensive.
Are all your services (rentals, sales, moving) available throughout your service area?
Yes. Container rentals, container sales, and commercial storage solutions are available across all covered regions.
Delivery & Logistics
What is your typical delivery range?
We typically deliver within a 50 to 80 mile radius of our Brattleboro hub. Border towns and rural properties are commonly served. If you are further away, just give us a call to see if we can deliver! We serve many towns outside that radius.
How fast is delivery?
Customers in core regions such as Brattleboro, Keene, Northampton, and Rutland often receive their containers within 3-5 days during our busiest season. Locations farther out may require a little more lead time. We often accommodate same-day and next-day delivery for our core regions when scheduling allows.
Can you deliver to rural, remote, or hillside locations?
Absolutely! As long as access is adequate. Delivery trucks require at least 14 feet of width and 16 feet of overhead clearance. Discuss your location with us when requesting a quote.
What if I am just outside your service area?
We often accommodate towns outside our standard service area, particularly for long-term rentals or container purchases.
Confirmation & Pricing
How do I confirm service availability for my town?
The fastest method is to call us with your address for immediate confirmation and a free quote.
How are delivery fees determined?
Delivery charges are based on distance from our service hubs. Pricing is always transparent and provided upfront.
