Current Positions
PART TIME DELIVERY DRIVER
Love to drive but hate working nights and weekends?
What you’ll do:
-Deliver 20’ and 40’ steel shipping containers in VT, NH and MA with rollback tow truck or tilt trailers
-Communicate with customers and office staff routinely and proactively
-Inspect, photograph and document containers
-Clean, repair and apply decals to containers
-Deliver light duty construction equipment, including load, unload and inspection
-Inspect and maintain equipment and shop
-Yard duties as needed; including operation of a wheel loader to move containers
-Other duties as assigned
You are able to:
-Drive a truck – you’re really, really good at driving a truck
-Make our customers happy with your delivery skills and awesome attitude
-Use a rollback tow truck to load/unload all kinds of equipment
-Haul a 40’+ gooseneck trailer with precision
-Follow DOT regulations for load securement & inspection
-Follow a delivery schedule with ability to troubleshoot
-Plan a route to maximize efficiencies
-Use an iPad
-Determine the best way to clean equipment and work independently to be sure the equipment and company premises meet company standards
You’re a great fit if you have:
-Have a CDL A
-Experience with a rollback / tow truck
-Gooseneck hauling experience or similar
-Experience delivering shipping containers
-Experience using assorted small equipment: mini excavator, skid steer, etc.
-A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-Have a DOT Medical Card
-Moderate physical activity capabilities
